Service Tech. was just amazing! He was professional and explained what needed to be repaired. He had the part with him so the repair was done immediately. This company understands how to take care of a customer. From the phone call to set up the appointment to finalizing the payment..... superior customer service. I could not be happier. They value relationships! I was able to get the bill emailed to me within 5 minutes of the service being completed to pay online. Hinds is always prompt and courteous. The most honest a/c people I have ever dealt with. If it can be fixed reasonably, they'll tell you, if it's not worth repairing, they'll tell you. So, if you want a company that will treat you right and won't overcharge you, call Hinds.

We have Hinds Heating and Cooling come and do our AC maintenance every year. They always do a great job and always answer all our questions that we have. We have had Zach and Nick both out to our house to work on the AC. They are always wonderful to work with. Super friendly and helpfull!!
